S\u00e3o adaptados exerc\u00edcios de gin\u00e1stica, levantamento de peso e treino de for\u00e7a, em conjunto com atividade cardiovascular intensa.\u00a0<\/p><p>Estes exerc\u00edcios envolvem frequentemente os ombros em movimentos com cargas acima da cabe\u00e7a, o que coloca esta articula\u00e7\u00e3o m\u00f3vel mas n\u00e3o de carga sob risco.<span style=\"letter-spacing: 0px;\">Alguns exemplos de exerc\u00edcios s\u00e3o os overhead press, eleva\u00e7\u00f5es ol\u00edmpicas e pull-ups ou posi\u00e7\u00f5es de prancha e flex\u00f5es, entre muitos outros.<\/span><\/p><p>Realizados de forma correta, em indiv\u00edduos bem preparados fisicamente e com respeito pelos tempos de repouso e cargas adequadas, estes exerc\u00edcios contribuem para um ombro extremamente saud\u00e1vel e capaz de superar os objetivos de cada treino. De acordo com dados recentes, o ombro e as costas s\u00e3o as \u00e1reas mais frequentes de les\u00e3o. As les\u00f5es do ombro podem dividir-se em duas categorias principais: traum\u00e1ticas ou de sobrecarga \/ sobreuso. As primeiras resultam de um evento agudo com trauma direto, estiramento ou queda, sendo menos comuns neste desporto. As luxa\u00e7\u00f5es do ombro e acromioclaviculares, as fraturas e as roturas agudas da coifa dos rotadores ou a rotura do tend\u00e3o do b\u00edceps \/ bic\u00edpite s\u00e3o exemplos de les\u00f5es traum\u00e1ticas.<\/p><p>As les\u00f5es de sobrecarga \/ sobreuso s\u00e3o mais frequentes e devem-se a esfor\u00e7os continuados acima da capacidade de adapta\u00e7\u00e3o daquela pessoa em espec\u00edfico. As tendinites ou tendinopatias da coifa dos rotadores cursam com inflama\u00e7\u00e3o e degenera\u00e7\u00e3o dos tend\u00f5es em volta do ombro e que n\u00e3o s\u00f3 assistem nos movimentos de eleva\u00e7\u00e3o e rota\u00e7\u00e3o, mas tamb\u00e9m contribuem fundamentalmente para estabilizar a articula\u00e7\u00e3o e permitir a a\u00e7\u00e3o das grandes massas musculares em seu redor, como o delt\u00f3ide e o peitoral. Podem desenvolver-se pequenas roturas nestes tend\u00f5es, por vezes denominadas les\u00f5es PASTA (parcial articular supraspinatus tendon avulsion).<\/p><p>O s\u00edndrome do conflito subacromial tamb\u00e9m pode ser inclu\u00eddo nas les\u00f5es mais frequentes, apesar de alguma controv\u00e9rsia na sua defini\u00e7\u00e3o. Em algumas pessoas, parece haver um pin\u00e7amento do tend\u00e3o do supra-espinhoso pelas estruturas \u00f3sseas envolventes, devido a movimentos repetitivos de abertura e eleva\u00e7\u00e3o do ombro. Isto pode contribuir para a dor e degenera\u00e7\u00e3o do tend\u00e3o. Existem algumas estrat\u00e9gias que podem ser inclu\u00eddas na rotina de treino para evitar problemas com os ombros.<br \/>Assim, podem ser escolhidos alguns exerc\u00edcios que se destinam a melhorar a estabilidade do ombro, n\u00e3o s\u00f3 dos m\u00fasculos e ligamentos \u00e0 sua volta, mas tamb\u00e9m daqueles envolvidos na liga\u00e7\u00e3o do ombro ao tronco e do tronco aos membros inferiores. Isto resulta numa melhor capacidade para realizar movimentos acima da cabe\u00e7a e diminuir o risco de les\u00e3o. Podem considerar-se alguns exerc\u00edcios como exemplos, numa frequ\u00eancia recomendada de cerca de 2 a 3 vezes por semana:<\/p><ul><li>Prensa de ombros em posi\u00e7\u00e3o sentada<\/li><li>Eleva\u00e7\u00e3o de kettlebell (bottoms-up, com cargas baixas e movimento lento e controlado)<\/li><li>Cable-press unilateral (com o dobro do tempo na fase exc\u00eantrica ao recuar o cabo)<\/li><li>Barbell bench press com bandas e pesos suspensos<\/li><\/ul><p>Exerc\u00edcios de alongamento dos m\u00fasculos anteriores e posteriores devem ser tamb\u00e9m considerados, sobretudo nos casos em que existe algum tipo de contraturas ou limita\u00e7\u00e3o do arco de
