data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>A cirurgia de Latarjet consiste no procedimento descrito por Michel Latarjet para tratar a instabilidade e luxa\u00e7\u00f5es recidivantes do ombro, com a transfer\u00eancia de uma pastilha \u00f3ssea da frente da omoplata (corac\u00f3ide), onde se insere um tend\u00e3o (tend\u00e3o conjunto), para a regi\u00e3o da superf\u00edcie articular do ombro (glen\u00f3ide).<\/p><p>Desta forma, pretende-se n\u00e3o s\u00f3 prolongar a superf\u00edcie de contacto da cabe\u00e7a umeral (bola) na glen\u00f3ide (soquete), mas tamb\u00e9m obter um efeito tipo \u201ccinta\u201d do tend\u00e3o conjunto sobre as estruturas estabilizadoras anteriores (como o tend\u00e3o do subescapular).<\/p><p>Esta pastilha \u00f3ssea \u00e9 fixada classicamente com parafusos, mas novas t\u00e9cnicas com fios de sutura t\u00eam sido Uma pequena incis\u00e3o \u00e9 utilizada para a abordagem convencional. A t\u00e9cnica artrosc\u00f3pica tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 poss\u00edvel, apesar da dificuldade t\u00e9cnica e aus\u00eancia de resultados superiores face \u00e0 alternativa aberta convencional (ou mini-open).<\/p><p>Ap\u00f3s a cirurgia, o bra\u00e7o \u00e9 colocado numa suspens\u00e3o braquial para repouso e permitir a consolida\u00e7\u00e3o inicial da pastilha \u00f3ssea, sendo permitidos movimentos passivos que ajudam a reduzir a rigidez. A fisioterapia est\u00e1 aconselhada a partir da 2\u00aa semana p\u00f3s operat\u00f3ria e a recupera\u00e7\u00e3o total para uma vida ativa dura cerca de 3-4 meses.
