corresponde \u00e0 desloca\u00e7\u00e3o da articula\u00e7\u00e3o entre o \u00famero distal e o olecraneo (a por\u00e7\u00e3o mais superior do c\u00fabito) ou a cabe\u00e7a do r\u00e1dio.\u00a0<\/p><p>Frequentemente ocorrem tamb\u00e9m fraturas associadas, pelo que s\u00e3o consideradas em conjunto no grupo das fraturas-luxa\u00e7\u00e3o do cotovelo.<\/p><p>O padr\u00e3o mais comum \u00e9 a chamada tr\u00edade terr\u00edvel do cotovelo &#8211; luxa\u00e7\u00e3o do cotovelo com fratura ou fratura-luxa\u00e7\u00e3o da tac\u00edcula radial, fratura da ap\u00f3fise coron\u00f3ide e les\u00e3o do complexo ligamentar lateral.<\/p><p>Existem outros padr\u00f5es de les\u00e3o \u00f3ssea e ligamentar menos comuns e que s\u00e3o importantes identificar para um
