ombro?\n<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3b33626 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3b33626\" frequente no ombro \u00e9 o conflito subacromial, que se deve a um contacto an\u00f3malo entre o acr\u00f3mio e os tend\u00f5es da coifa dos rotadores, nomeadamente o tend\u00e3o do supraespinhoso.\u00a0<span style=\"letter-spacing: 0px;\">Entre estas estruturas encontra-se uma bolsa que pretende diminuir o atrito, mas que pode estar inflamada nestas circunst\u00e2ncias. A abdu\u00e7\u00e3o (abertura do bra\u00e7o) reduz o espa\u00e7o dispon\u00edvel e normalmente \u00e9 o movimento que causa mais sintomas.<\/span><span style=\"letter-spacing: 0px;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p>O conflito subcoracoideu \u00e9 relativamente raro e deve-se \u00e0 redu\u00e7\u00e3o do espa\u00e7o debaixo de uma proemin\u00eancia \u00f3ssea na regi\u00e3o anterior do ombro. O tend\u00e3o mais afetado \u00e9 o do subescapular, com dor que surge sobretudo nos movimentos de rota\u00e7\u00e3o interna, como levar a m\u00e3o atr\u00e1s das costas.\u00a0<span style=\"letter-spacing: 0px;\">A longo prazo, podem conduzir a inflama\u00e7\u00e3o tendinosa (tendinite) ou mesmo a roturas que podem condicionar maior limita\u00e7\u00e3o a controlar a dor e restabelecer o equil\u00edbrio no ombro entre os m\u00fasculos estabilizadores da coifa dos rotadores, o m\u00fasculo delt\u00f3ide respons\u00e1vel pelos principais movimentos do ombro, e os m\u00fasculos estabilizadores da omoplata na regi\u00e3o dorsal, para evitar as posi\u00e7\u00f5es de contacto an\u00f3malo que podem causar dor.\u00a0<span style=\"letter-spacing: 0px;\">A medica\u00e7\u00e3o analg\u00e9sica, como os anti-inflamat\u00f3rios n\u00e3o ester\u00f3ides, a evic\u00e7\u00e3o de esfor\u00e7os dolorosos e a fisioterapia orientada para este problema s\u00e3o eficazes numa grande parte dos casos.<\/span><\/p><p>As infiltra\u00e7\u00f5es podem ser uma op\u00e7\u00e3o quando a dor persiste, sendo realizadas num ambiente de consulta por um ortopedista especializado.<br \/>A cirurgia artrosc\u00f3pica ter\u00e1 um papel no tratamento destes s\u00edndromes quando n\u00e3o respondem \u00e0s restantes op\u00e7\u00f5es terap\u00eauticas, o
