Se a deformidade for muito significativa, os topos \u00f3sseos podem mesmo perfurar a pele at\u00e9 \u00e0 superf\u00edcie. A dificuldade de eleva\u00e7\u00e3o do bra\u00e7o e a dor incapacitante s\u00e3o outros sintomas deformidade apresentas.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p>As fraturas mais comuns s\u00e3o as do corpo (ter\u00e7o m\u00e9dio), sendo pass\u00edveis de tratamento conservador com imobiliza\u00e7\u00e3o do bra\u00e7o durante 3-4 semanas nas crian\u00e7as e adolescentes, e em adultos com fraturas pouco desviadas.\u00a0<br \/><span style=\"letter-spacing: 0px;\">Nas fraturas com maior desvio<\/span><span style=\"letter-spacing: 0px;\">, a cirurgia para fixa\u00e7\u00e3o com placa pode permitir um retorno mais precoce e uma melhor fun\u00e7\u00e3o do ombro.<\/span><\/p><p>As fraturas do ter\u00e7o lateral s\u00e3o o segundo tipo mais comum e devem ser tratadas cirurgicamente quando comprometem a estabilidade da articula\u00e7\u00e3o com a omoplata.\u00a0<span style=\"letter-spacing: 0px;\">Por \u00faltimo, <\/span><span style=\"letter-spacing: 0px;\">as fraturas do ter\u00e7o medial s\u00e3o as mais raras<\/span><span style=\"letter-spacing: 0px;\">, ocorrendo sobretudo no final da adolesc\u00eancia devido a uma zona de amadurecimento \u00f3sseo mais tardio.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"letter-spacing: 0px;\">Ainda que incomuns, estas fraturas necessitam de tratamento cir\u00fargico quando desviam posteriormente pelo risco de compress\u00e3o de estruturas como a traqueia e
